No pay timely salary.no growth.no salary increase and not give any offer letter and experience letter.and very low salary provide like a labour.so my opinion not go for this company.

My teammates and I have an excellent working relationship .we have great deal of mutual respect to each other.we work as a team to solve problems and learn new skills to reach out team objectives.work life balance is also good here.

There is no job training here.Every employee have to learn their work by itself.

Here work is very exciting.whenever new product is going to be launch then I learn new skills but some times I feel work is repetitive here.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
