2 weeks salary deduction after joining. No requirements to work on. LinkedIn RPS shared by 4 people. Client handling skills are very poor. Don't even know how to take or coordinate with senior people. One of the worst experiences I have faced so far.

After working hard if a company eats up your fnf saying you didn’t perform it’s a turn off, just because there was client retention which is not the employees fault first they gave me a warning of termination and when I put down my papers the ate up my FNF

We should have a portal we all the company employees are mention as per there employee Id with all the details and were we can se all the company information as will as like over leave update, holidays, attends all this thing. Please i request you to create so that we can follow the protocol.

Unprofessional and fraud company.They ate up my FNF settlement amount. Pathetic HR’s and Management. Don’t join this company here is no job security, no salary hike and no incentive policy. Do not spoil your career to join this company.
