Only Pro I can think of is they did not fire anybody during pandemic.

Worst company to work for. The Cheif People Officer and CTO decide randomly, what project should be assigned to which employee. The projects are very less in this company, freshers won't get a project for 1 and a half years after onboarding. They will extend your training as well from 3 to 6 months. ff5e4;"> Salary and PF deposits are never on time</mark>. The salary is below market standards. A lots of partiallity faced in the company. They have some fixed people, only they will get projects, others can just sit idle, and if we ask for projects, then they will give you some non technical work like creating presentations for training or some irrelevant Excel work! Mental peace will definetiley go if you work for DS. Advice to management: Don't hire, when you do not have enough projects to assign to employees. And give every employee a chance to learn and grow, unless u don't give them a change, how will they get an opportunity to showcase their skils....Read More
