No major drawbacks: I didn't encounter any major issues during my time at DataFlair. The only minor downside was that the workload could be demanding at times, but that's to be expected in any internship or job.

The company provides flexible working hours which helps me handles my other works as well. In addition, other employees are also friendly and helpful.

The need for re doing the work is a bit tedious and also delays the completion. They can provide pre requisites prior to the work.
