Data-Core is one of the worst companies in Kolkata when it comes to work culture, management and company policies. There is lots of nepotism and politics in this company. The people who are the best workers are never given the credit and the management ensures that they are struck at the same position and never given salary raise orpromotion for many years like 6-7 years. When the time comes for appraisal and salary increment then the management starts ranting the same cry of losing business and client or poor market situation etc....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
