Bad managers who creates politics and upper management is supporting them due to friendship. As people stay long these bonds develope and they are hampering company growth. Wrong people are there at top position. Clients are angry as they know these reason and good people are leaving but they dont care. Company will sink some day due to theese people. Emerging services has all these cases.
