Dislikes

Salary of experience people is very low. Lot of disparity. Internal Tools. Competitive tools not used. Job Rotation not allowed, you can get stuck into same work. No transparency when people move from one brand to other. Same old technology No ESOPS in salary.

Work Details

Challenging work which needs lots of patience and knowledge of different skills in technology. Mentoring new joiners and experience people in team as well as other brands. Understanding the requirements from peers and stakeholders

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
