Management is normally supportive, it takes some time but one can explore opportunities within the company. Good company for mechanical engineering consulting.

Open discrimination towards people outside Maharashtra. Team meetings in the SOLIDWORKS team are conducted in the Marathi language to create discrimination. Managers take credit for your entire work and never let you stand out. The same happens with appraisal as well. Members of the team who are Marathi or Females are given benefitseven if they don't perform well and people outside Maharastra always get excuses in appraisal meetings that the company didn't have profits in last year so we can give you just a 5-6% increment.
