There are red lines in our daily arrival time if we are even one minute late and for three red lines our one day salary would be cut off, but if we are giving our extra time even hours for any school work, nothing is paid extra for that.

Dislikes

The work place is terrible,no proper system of managing work, students and parents grumble n leave the school. The work ethic is pathetic. Salary is never on time. Very unprofessional. Work load is just dumped on any one at any time. It's the worst and last place for a teacher and a student be there in a name of school.
