This school used well under Mr. A. David (former principal), but now it is managed by Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, whose leadership I find lacking.

I had to resign from my position due to the behavior of certain colleagues. They extremely cunning and the worst leaders I have encountered. They constantly pressured to follow their Maharaj Ji, read his books, and attend his evening satsangs under the guise of receiving blessings.

Darshan Academy is basically revolves around the spiritual education, thats a benefit in today's scenario, students have a meditation time daily.Talking about work culture its stressful.
