They do not have any professionalism. There is no any kind of pay scale. Even they are not interested to provide any kind of documents. Pathetic work culture. No work no pay culture is there , even they deducted salary for the absenteeism of general election day. Basically it's a family business and they want some servents that's all. What ever they told during the interview session the original scenario is totally different. No rules and regulations over there . They do not have any ethics. Totally rubbish.
