Good company to work with, Company timing is not flexible (8 am to 6 pm*). Job was secure till COVID-19 but then it was highly volatile. Best thing is that Contribution to PF by employers is apart from salary.

Dislikes

Lack of hierarchy can be sensed since all the decision are taken by management 😀.

This is a great company with great senior engineers. This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was a part of the electric team.

I left Dar when I was 67 years old and I was willing to continue but that's what happened.
