Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? It’s very important to have a good manager even if the role or the company is not upto the mark. Here at Danone I could see of having toxic managers working really hard to suppress their employees. And the politics is next level. And It’s become very alarming when everyone’s think the same.

Dislikes

Well Danone has the highest sustainability rate. But people are working under toxic people here. Few of female managers are very rude and toxic.
