There is not a single thing to like about dangote refinery. It's a worst phase of somebody's carrer.

Dislikes

No HR and administration management. Everything is translucent. In so many years they are not able to make a proper system for their employees or expats. There is no policy of employees work safety management can't able to provide basic PPE's to their employees. Salaries are not credited on monthly basis. Leave and travel arrangements have to be done by your own which should be handled by companies management<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Employees are always much more worried about their travel,salary,food , water, lavatory arrangements rather than focusing on their job</mark>....Read More

Company policies are good, there is no salary deduction. Arranging timely medical supports and constructive mental support to employees. Sanitizing regularly in all office and vehicles, keeping sanitizers in every office front office.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
