For freshers who has more skill they will survive in all department and make you train in all department to get your full performance and even with high workload. When ever errors or any issues happened that is big chance to take responsibility to solve and for freshers will get more support from higher officials. Here who are working in major department they only get good experience and who working in machine shop or quality or any production department they won't get good experience. Who working in supply chain, manufacturing and planning, maintenance they will become master in their department ....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
