PATHETIC ENVIRONMENT AND WORST WORK CULTURE AT THE DAMAN UNIT, NO SUPPORT TO EMPLOYEE FROM THE MANAGEMENT, SENIOR EMPLOYEES ARE JUST INTERESTED IN COMMISSION SERVICE, NO DEVELOPEMENT OF INDIVIDUAL AND MOST IMP THING THERE IS NO JOB SECURTY AT ANY LEVEL.

I am working in this organization since more than 6 years the company have very good work culture. The workmates are amazingly supportive and working here is growing yourself with lot of confidence and productivity. The management is bright and happening . If you are far from your family for any reason , then in am sure that working here is like being with the family only. The management takes care of every employee. Job security is always in the hand of director if at any time he think that u are not suitable for the job u will be fire from the job. Try to get data of previous employees why they left the job.
