Great place to learn and grow and build your skillset. Management encourages to learn new technologies that will help you build your career. Focus is on results. No politics. Team members are very helpful

No dislikes. We had complete support in the Covid situation where many of the management paid half salary , removed the staff. But our company did manage to support us completely.

Nothing is that good in the organisation to like.

There is no consistency neither for the job security of the employee not the accounting software. The owner decides to change the accounting software every 2 years You will not be valued even if your correct in your work. Management here is very bad they don't know how to manage and regularise the working activity. Employee are terminated every month without any reason If there is any error or irregularities instead of trying to correct or improve the same management just keeps firing the employees So you will find 4-5 candidates every day coming for interview. HR is workless they don't know what their exact role is they are just ment to obey the boss. Every month the management sets a target of people to terminate without any reason and then just in the hype to terminate they will say that you are inefficient and you work is no more beneficial to the organisation and will remove you. Also there is no proper hygiene in the office the tea cups in which you are served tea is no properly washed and also broken. Many time you will see cockroach enjoying tea in your cup or sitting on your desk working with you and even having a dive in your water bottles....Read More
