Very stressful, management doesn't have idea about the work itself, they are trying to prove their self by the rude attitude and racism.

Yes I like Damas.i was work in Damas jewellery sing 2011 to 2020.company policy is very good (salary pement. Working hours. Annual leave. Accomodation. Food.) when I came vacation I lost my job for covid-19.

1.Politics, 2. Wrong people given higher position bcoz of influence, 3. No place for sincerely working people in company, 4. No job security, 5. Work Details

My job role I gave 100% , but never been appreciated because my ASM likes more female staff than male staff. He use to say something and do something else. Was not trust worthy at all. Instead of helping he use to pull staff down.
