Damac is a terrible company to work with, the higher management OR so called the HR doesn't have any guidline, they just recruit & fire withour thinking any impact on the employees. I strongly recommend not to work with Damac OR any of it's company.

Damac is a terrible terrible company to work with, there is on HR policy, you are being used and through without any explanation. in spite of me working for his personal villa in palm for 24X7 for 3 years and he saw how we work hard he was very bad with us. I strongly recommend any body not to work with Damac Properties or any of its associates company.
