I am really glad to be part of this organization . All credits to my boss , who is just amazing as a person , dynamic and charismatic in her career , and a role -model to look upto. Reason is her , that I enjoy every element of being a Secretary .The HR team too has been great support , always there to hear us out when in need. Good luck & God Bless

I like team work, every month we have trainings, Salary on time with every 6 month bonus, Even work environment also quite fine, every day we have the learning day. The best part of Damac is you will learn every thing not only related to your area but also other areas

Some time they don’t appreciate the hard work of the team

Working at Damac is hectic because you need to be available 24/7 and specially this site has lot of construction fault issues. This is why we have face lot of difficulties on work with less man power.
