Previously I was in Dalmia refractories and the experience there was very good a mix culture learnt a lot in 13 years.From Top to bottom there was a family like relationship less professionalizm. Sometimes we have to give extra time but no problem we have done without hesitation.

I was forced to do shift duty without any conveyance facilities continuously for 3years day night summer winter fog with daily 70kms up down from Dehri to banjari.Really very painful those days Nobody listen to me.Neither transfer occurred inspite of many requests....Read More
