Dalmia Bharat group is having highly professional working environment, which allows the nurturing of talents. People are allowed to share their innovative ideas and allow a conducive environment to implement ideas into realities. Residential colony is very safe and well protected.

Dislikes

Medical facilities needs more improvement with engagement of more numbers of residential doctors.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
