I never Expect I'm selected in Dalmia cement Ltd,Dalmiapuram as a Trainee in commercial department. I Handle Both afr and raw material. Everyday I learned New Things and How to handle the management and administration. Dalmia Employees are discipline and polite manner. All my colleagues are friendly.They Don't Think I'm Small guy and think like their age people. They Gave constant support and it's boost me everyday of training period. Micro management, will not allow you to sleep even. Colony infrastructure is not good at all.

In our BCW unit , HR mr Sudhir Mohanty is very good and he the only person who is taking care of all the employees. But HR mr . Chinmay samal is the worst guy.

In Dalmia Cement I have noticed that their is no interference of others in your work area and as per my understanding the Head Office teams are the well efficient to give cooperation/guidances as an when required very good environment for the working professionals.

Little bit off employment the company's policy for keeping some employees on contracters role or contract basis. This type of policy created differences between the other employees
