Micro management, will not allow you to sleep even. Colony infrastructure is not good at all.

It is government company culture, no senior management is bothered about the down the line officials. If we do ching Chung the we could survive. No work-life balance. We should forget our family. No route for gaining knowledge.

In our BCW unit , HR mr Sudhir Mohanty is very good and he the only person who is taking care of all the employees. But HR mr . Chinmay samal is the worst guy.

Everything is good there but they removing facilities day by day and doing more cost cutting.

In Dalmia Cement I have noticed that their is no interference of others in your work area and as per my understanding the Head Office teams are the well efficient to give cooperation/guidances as an when required very good environment for the working professionals.

Little bit off employment the company's policy for keeping some employees on contracters role or contract basis. This type of policy created differences between the other employees
