When i was working it was a govt. factory. job security was 100%. work culture was homely.

Dislikes

No carrier growth, poor appraisal system, no proper budgeting system.

Work Details

The job was challenging as very less spare parts were available and engineers have to apply their skill to run the plant. good bunglow with servant facility and good colony life.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
