Too much politics ,no career growth, biased management,too much pressure..no social life .no incentives

It's too stressful for boarding teachers .for them the day starts at 7.10 am . pathetic breakfast. No medical assistance

The management is just awesome. Teachers are given their due respect. Payment on time. Emotional and professional support provided. Job security is awesome-provided u prove yourself.

Dislikes

U dont get paid for the extra responsibilities u get(apart frm being a house master). Limited exposure outside. Absence of medical leaves.

I HV worked in DPS Dalhousie school, everything was excellent

Only drawback was that my family life was disturbed as it was a boarding school
