Work pressure is average while working in head office Kanpur. Well it also depends upon the type of work one is doing.

Internal Politics and Shoe Licking as the topmost priority to survive and more than priority i felt it as a compulsion of an employee to survive in Job. The salary of employees is less which seems quiet disappointing even though one is working in Head Office. The condition of office infrastructure is very average , no pest control. I suggest if the management allocate a part of revenue in renovating office structure which is time and now visited by foreign delegates and personalities....Read More

No development,salary appraisal was like 3-4 percent of everyone,work performance does not count,only people who can do buttering of Seniors,get appraisal,no matter they do know anything about their KRA or not.
