Company Directors want to devlop corporate working culture. But top management don't want to change the organization to grow better.

Dislikes

Pathetic organization culture, lala type working environment. No professionalism. Poor company policys. Most of the employee are seniors relatives uneducated employed. Anyone can't change the culture if old Buggs not change.
