Worked there in advertisement sales department, advertisement is the only source of income of any newspaper, Lot's of politics for sharing Beats or you can say Market segmentation. Teammates are not supportive. Salary structure is very low. Journalist (Reporter) and sales team main income source by they are working differently, theydidn't help each other cordination issue. They didn't providing news coverage whome giving business to newspaper. Reason being Client satisfaction is very low as compared other hindi newspaper like punjab kesari, Dainik savera.
