If we talk about growth. Opportunity it was good for those who warkhard & achieves there target, lots of area apart from core profile in which huge scope to learn.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Huge transfers as per there requirement even after a policy of 3 yr time band for transfer/location change. Minimum payers for technical staff always very difficult to control attrition rate as per the target.

Salary - Bad
Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

Very hectic, as we had a fixed 9pm-6am job shift but as a dept head I was cordinated with other dept & jobwork Clint's in day shift too. Almost 15-18hr job in a day all together.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
