Supportive HR. Flexible work timing. Food and cafeteria. Executive leaders are good but if of no help.

No promotions. No good hikes, under paid compared to market. Lot of politics. Lower leadership levels are pathetic. No skill grooming support. Career is gone to dogs. No skill development support but only expectations are there. And every year role keep changing. Team manager or project managers scream, shout, terrorise people and extremely dominating.
