They are approach many learning/training skills such as faclitate for employees higher studies in standard university/insitute (sponsor our company). like Diploma, engineering courses.communication skills, safety etc..., work environment of company is very good because they were give most important to follow safety rules/instruction. Once experience person can be joined/entered after six month become confirmed employee but fresher can wait two years. (training period) it's only applicable diploma holders. They were conduct cricket match, foot ball match and some more sports combadition and cultural functions. Every six month have a meeting for all employees. If you are made any unsafety act. Or bad discipline/habit they will give a suspension letter/advise from a concern department manager.(L4) if you made any illegal activity suddenly you're disappoinment from the company. Important no one ask any question and the person name was blocked future can not be joined this company. Employee can't be checked /touched from company securities if you are hold/wear identity card.
