They are approach many learning/training skills such as faclitate for employees higher studies in standard university/insitute (sponsor our company). like Diploma, engineering courses.communication skills, safety etc..., work environment of company is very good because they were give most important to follow safety rules/instruction. Once experience person can be joined/entered after six month become confirmed employee but fresher can wait two years. (training period) it's only applicable diploma holders.
