The association with the Benz brand, although it passed away over a period of time.

Dislikes

Organisational politics, incompetent top management, lack of recognition of talents, no honour for commitments and high level of bureaucracy

Work Details

Excessive travel, slow clearance of travel bills, minimal supervisory inputs but extreme target pressures, frequent weekend office hours

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
