DJK is really one of the fastest growing company not only in SMT Segment but also for Semiconductor assembly process too. Being a Japanese brand, work culture is also the same. However, DJK also comes with better perks and with descent salary structure for all the level.

Dislikes

Being a part of DJK, since last year. I don't able to find any flaws in the organisation, though every body here is very hard working and supportive to each other for all the projects.
