Likes - Very Dangerous and Terrible Politics such no other country ministers have that upgraded quality of politics. Work Culture - Horrible , everyday has to wait till end of day who will call you and sent a mail for termination. There is no limitations of Dislikes in DAG - Nigeria. During interview lots of attitude behavior from HR,Line Manager,CEO,GM will treat you like bagging job from them, will make you feel such a way that your past experiences and qualifications are useless in front of them, but after interview till joining everyone will show and willtreat you very supportive staff employees working here will offer you to work in Capital city, but after joining they will snatch your passport and will forcefully transfer you to different city which is very painful in staying in Nigeria other cities, no food, no electricity, no water , no Security, nothing if you cry and beg to management also they will show you some agreement paper and make you bow until you get frustrated and may die there also. And if you get kidnapped forget to return back again to your respective country and forget your family even.(Remember - Kidnappers of Nigeria are different, they generally dont return your dead body if they get the ransom money even. No appreciation of work , no growth in work level or no salary appraisal from last 2-yrs i worked.
