Hi All, strongly not recommended to work at all. No co-operate culture. Anyone can take up the decision to pull your access out and terminate you any time. No policies place for safety of employee it's only good for TL and above and people who they know. HR and Managers they don't even respond properly when you share your issue. They will state you to call back as they are busy and never respond back letting you know with live experience and incident which took place in my family.
I have heard and seen my sister in law working for this company from last 2.5yrs. Due to her serious health issue of back pain she resigned and requested for relieving. However as per company norms they asked to her serve notice period and one day during the notice period over the team call her TL terminated her and blocked out all the access. The reason he stated was she was laughing and he felt it was a insult to him. But my sister in law states that during the team meeting it was the TL who has insulted her infront of new joine. Then, later she tried reaching and sent an email to hierarchy- senior manager and HR. The email was responded back by the TL...requesting The Manager and HR not to issue her salary and reliving.
Here, I didn't understand few things: does TL or supervisor has right to terminate any employee then and there and block the access?
If yes, then why do we need HR and managers. Are they not suppose to be inform prior and look into the issue before you terminate any employee... Or is it that only TL or supervisor work loyally to company and the below level employees doesn't have any rights. Do the employee feel secure in this kind of environment where TL without informing even HR and manager can terminate anyone because of his ego.
Because until she send an email and contacted them they were not even aware of the issue. So, how can any employee feel secure to work in this kind company and environment were they feel any employee career is not worth of.... 2.5 yrs is not a joke where a TL is stopping and indirectly ruined her career. By the way if employee is on notice period how can a TL or supervisor terminate any one with this condition.
Also, she has already sent her Medical records and he is stating those are false documents....Those documents include MRI scan, prescription and other reports were in doctor asked her for bed rest. She is been also on daily physiotherapy.
Can't believe people in world has so much of ego that they want to ruin anyone's career and deny the fact of any ladies health issue....
After that email can't believe it's been more than 48hrs no one from company Neither HR nor the manager called up to check about the issue. She is been trying calling and texting them to check on the status and there is no response.
So, does it mean they only hear one side story and can stop the salary and relieving of any employee and terminate any one during notice period.
Also, he targeted her about production, were in even due to her health issue she requested for early or immediate releive. They asked her to serve notice period. She agreed and was giving 70 to 80%production and he states that she was not working. If she was not working at all from prior then why did company didn't place her in any PIP or issued any warning letter or terminate her prior?
Why is all this things and questions is pointed by TL now not prior.
As per her colleagues she was doing well and her quality was good.

Even think people especially married women's from middle class work to take up responsibilities of families and even when they don't feel well they work and you guys eventually because of your stupid egoistic nature play around with anyone's careers like this. It's not acceptable. She is going to such a trauma now.
Not recommended if people in this company are doesn't know how the compliance and grievances, employee policies are not placed properly. It's not safe to work in such company who call them selves as co-operate industry....Read More
