I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Employee and customer satisfaction is something that is more weighted here.

As a technical support Engineer I found there is less growth in my profile.

Work Details

I was into technical support so it entirely depended on the customers response. It was slightly challenging as i had to deal with customers that may hav little or no networking skills. Overall it was a good experience.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
