Just few points: Friendly Environment, Job Security

Dislikes

Work Balance is worst, though there are defined working hours there is no limit, if you complain about it they will start harassing you. No compensation for overtime. Career Growth is very limited. Obsolete technologies are used Politics based on minority. Salary and Compensations are very less compared to industry standards, they bulk hire in 10-11k/month of salary.

Dislikes

Company should allocate projects to developer according to his/her expertise. In my case I was good in Reactjs but they put me into AEM project. And instead who don't know Reactjs, company gave them a Reactjs project. Otherwise overall experience was brilliant.

I am very happy with my career growth at Tekno Point. Initially, my salary was low, but the increments are amazing. Around 30 to 50% for seniors and about 70% to 80% for juniors. I got to learn a lot here. Java, OSGi, Azure API Gateway, spring boot etc. The culture is very good, people are very helpful.
