My experience at czar constructions was excellent. Work environment is too good. All the projects that are taken by the organization was completed before time and with accuracy. Facilities for employees were also upto standard and quite comfortable. There were so much learnable things. Its an excellent place for fresh graduates to learn and work in career diving atmosphere. Senior officials were also polite . Inspiration from the founder are so helpful to bring out balance in this competative world....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
