As it is a PSU, Work Life balance is good , Job security is there. Pay is also decent and good. Company has a good & big Township with vast number of trees ,greenery, having various schools(6), parks, play grounds, walking track , skating , badminton court, indoor stadium, hockey ground and a big hospital . Company provides house accommodation ie.,company quarter. , which are old but liveable. Company provides medical facility and also had tie up with prominent hospitals for referrals . Lack of able ,strong and visionary leadership, There is no proper succession planning, no job rotation and no required training is provided. Lack of discipline,accountability and dedication among employees. Excessive union activity. Executives are very lenient to take up responsibility. Decision making is very slow.Company is Incurring losses since 2016. Due to which pay revision not done for executives that was due since 2017.
