As service based company, you will get chance to work with multi domain and different clients. I am not able to give any insight about work culture at Cyient as I worked in client office. Managers are pretty chilled as long as there is billing and good feedback from client. Dislikes

Cyient is a service based company, so they mainly recruit people to deploy at client office. After deployment at client office there no major communication from Cyient except timesheet filling and leaves are taken in every month. No much career growth and compensation correction every year.

I have worked at client office and they are very chill timing and nice to have hybrid model of working

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
