They conduct multiple awareness programs and they offer certifications which can be claim via reimbursement.

Dislikes

They care more about the revenue and some employees had to cancel their end year leaves and had to work on the year end vacation which usually people would not be doing.

Never join this organisation. Associate Separation policy is not at all good. HR don't release employee even if they want to. Have to serve entire notice period. Clients and overall management policies are not good. Client suddenly fires from the project. No security. Culture is not user friendly. Many negative things internally which makes bad environment.

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

Working here is good but not for long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

The management doesnt have any clue about what to do with the resources. They hire for projects when it is needed and will give you the maximum salary but when the project is finished they will take no time to fire you. The projects they get are mostly short-term. No long term plan with the employees( Mostly 1 year and some cases less than that). Terrible job security and work-life balance.

Management is always thinks about budget. They should focus more on R&D in Product Improvement/development for their some Projects. Appraisal Process are too much of delayed for releasing new hikes. This makes employees to get anger (This should be change). There is no Work Life balance and hardworking people don't get deserved opportunities.Some of the managers/Leads have egos and don't let people to grow.Due to their egos and politics they won't provide good rating though your work reaches the project requirements. . CYIENT customers are really good until 2020 and many part away due to their own development centers in INDIA. So, old teams are of not much use but one with software upgrade should still be able to re-join.

Its totally a service based company, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. Managers wont respond properly they don't have projects simply they hire the associates and they keep on bench for 6 months and then they force us to resign. Managers are here to take the billing from the projects if the associate got the project if not they force us to resign to the job
