Initial one to two years I used to have good feeling towards this company, but in later years, I have come across different experiences which completely changed my feeling towards this company.

Dislikes

There are lot of politics in all important issues such as appraisals, selecting people for on-site opportunities, promotions etc. Managers tells they do all this things by following rules and regulations, but actually they do not do that. Senior employees are not treated properly as the management things they are burden to the company and they are often removed or compelled to leave the company because of various bad experiences they face in the hands of management. People who usually don't work and just move around the managers for their selfish intentions are given more importance than sincere and committed people who actually work. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Management always tries to get rid of the senior employees, so that they can recruit new employees with low salaries and increase company revenues</mark>. Female employees usually face lot of problems in work because of lack of proper behaviour in many of the managers, which also reflects in most of the male employees who work under them. There will be no proper training, no proper allotment of computers, no proper guidance, no proper work allotment, no proper work environment and usually employees have to face lot of problems in day-to-day work, while the managers does not take care of all these things, but they are busy calculating their revenues and how to impress their boss to get their own promotions. Many of the managers who are less educated and who are working for many many years in this company have developed sort of headstrongness, which usually reflects in their behaviour.
