Job security, in Cyient most people are working here last 15 years 20 years but there no growth After 10 years 15 years there is just 45k to 55k salary per month

Job security is good but if you possessive about your career growth don't stay here after 3 years of experience in which 3 appraisal with A grades now my annual package is jst 2.35lakhs

Work environment is really good and leaders and teams have innovative approach for regular enhancements and inventions. You have to become the best if you want the best from organization. There are also onsite opportunities on top of everything.

As from my point of view, there was no disliking. Some might say that the pay scales are low but as for the Gis industry, you can not find a better company.
