If u are a telugu person and knows buttering and licking your manager u will be in profit otherwise u will get alot of bad openion and work.

There is partiality for local person, if you knows buttering and telegu then u will be a good employee, I saw there if a person is fresher and he doesn't have any experience in work but he is good resorce for managers because he is telgu and in other hand if u have expertise in perticular field but you know buttering and telgu thenu are nothing for manager. Updates and feedbacks are given by managers in their local language and if any one tell them that please speak in English they just ignore them and sometimes they told try to manage in telgu it's not a rocket science. In every saturday sunday they told to do extra work and they give us C-offs but when you go to tell them for leave they told you ok go but hardly for 2 days, now think if your hometown is in north india then how can you manage your 2days leave, because your travell will take more than two days.
