Employee will be treated well in the starting of their career when the salary is low.

Dislikes

When the salary is low employee will be treated well but as the salary gets increasing there will be drastic change in the behavior of management and they just start trying to get rib of the employee by various methods and if this does not work they will just remove the employee by using meaningless reasons. Lot of politics and castfavoritism. Lack of proper behavior towards female employees. Only the employee's who usually do not work, but move around the managers by giving them gifts and passing on all sorts of useless gossips to them, will get all benefits where as a honest employee will never get any benefits....Read More

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
