Don't have any word to describe the positive ways. Only colleagues were nice and helping ..

Dislikes

The working environment is too bad, HR team very lazy. They are also make fool to every employee at the joining time. I worked in {CLUB FACTORY} chat process . customer are highly dissatisfied There is no Job security. No professional growth over there. Manager does partiality among employees . Manager are not skilled and their behavior was very bad. Lots of politics were there. No training facility for skills development. I would not tell anybody to join this company. No process followed.......Read More

Worst experience in this company... Poor management ... The manager is also LOL... Do not have any professional experience. Team leader is also LOL. Don't have manner that how to talk with Agents and family person...

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
