Company is good if you work in their IT sector, And your life will become hell if you join their bpo sector. There's 0 job security they can kick you out anytime without any notice they don't care about their employees they just suck their blood and never pays salary on time. Company is good no dought and all staffs are very good and helpful .They also provide suttel facilities for there staf but only for some fix hours . For me company is good

Only issue is that there Salary slab is so bad or u can say that tension given .They hold 15 days Salary means u will receive ur salary after 15 of every month or may be more late some time they deduct sone minimum amount .we ask why but can't get any satisfied answer.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time s. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
