There is little bit space for skill development as the individual has to keep working most of the time.

Dislikes

Total disappointment! The owner of the company having zero knowledge and no humility towards thier resources. Having an attitude of "who is the boss?" is just so evident. The first week everything is good but after that you will surely realise that you are at wrong place.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
