I had extremely disappointing experience with this organization. The management(Specially Team leader and Project Manager) is very unprofessional, the entire team suffers from severe micromanagement. Employees are constantly monitored and criticized for the smallest details which creates the atmosphere of stress and distrust. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly not priority here you should be able to find cockroaches in your table. Disrespectful communication and unprofessional conduct seems to be the norm here.
